I really enjoyed it, and people's reasons for hating on it seem really stupid when looking at the series as a whole
I thought it was really fun. A bit stupid, but not in any way that Doctor Who can't usually get away with. I didn't particularly like the story, and while I enjoyed the whimsical side, didnt feel it sat very well alongside the nonsense gadgets.
The song was fantastic, and I won't hear otherwise.
I really liked it, but the goblins' relationship to time travel doesn't make sense to me.
They can literally travel in time but they're not time travellers according to the Doctor? Wha…
I think they are time travelers, but the Doctor doesn’t consider what they do to be proper time travel compared to what he does. Kind of like when he was insulting Jack’s vortex manipulator.
Let's not use the term "hating on" for when people don't like something. That phrase is so overused it now means nothing.
Wasn't terribly impressed. Not for me, I think.
It was good, I sick of people hating it, it's gonna ruin Gatwa & Gibson's reputation on the show.
^People are entitled to their opinions without others labeling it "hating".
Liked it. If it’s like a format they follow now I’d change my mind. But it’s a good episode. Xmas specials are rarely the most compelling. It did the assignment. And now the doctor speaks rope. That’s gotta come in handy.
What do you think?
