It’s Iris Wildthyme.
Or a resurrected Ms Jones who got married to a Mister Flood
Or is Mrs Flood form the one EDA
Or is Compassion
Or is a member of Faction Paradox.
@Bruce Wayne of Earth-1 Corsair was consumed by House as mentioned in the Doctor’s Wife.
The monk isn’t that bad of a guess… considering they brought back the Toymaker..
My only guess is that she could be the mysterious woman from End of Time. Mainly because, now that RTD is back, I’m hoping we find out who that is.
Otherwise, I don’t think she’s the Rani. She’s not really giving off Rani vibes, and I don’t think RTD would bring her back in exactly the same way he brought the Master back in Utopia.
. the other thing is that Ncuti wants fellow Sex Education star Gillian Anderson to be the Rani so if I am right we might see almost an identical plot line to Utopia, in which Anita brings back memories of the Rani and is killed by Abdul or smn like that (that would be funny) and regenerates into Gillian although I doubt this.
@Icecreamdif i would like it to be the Woman from EOT. I want to know who she is. She was originally stated to be the Doctors Mother, but the Timeless Child Contradicts this so idk.
I guess she can still be the woman who raised the Doctor after he regenerated into young Hartnell and lost his memories. Their must be somebody who the Doctor thought was his mother before she found out about the Timeless Child. Then again, the Doctor said his mom was a human, so who knows.
Personally, I Wouldn’t put it past Russel to hype her up as a mysterious character just to have a younger version of her appear in an episode where they go to the past and her just be someone who met the doctor when she was younger
Mrs. Flood has to be the Rani. Like: What causes a flood? Rain. What’s the anagram of rain ? Rani !
Anagrams are the Master’s thing. The Rani would consider them to be childish and beneath her.
Theory: The Mrs. Flood moment could be like the "Merry Christmas to all of you at home" moment from The Feast of Steven, a fourth wall breaking moment that doesn't really affect the canon of the show
I think RTD has already said that they are going somewhere with this.
What do you think?
