How would they hear about it?
@Najawin, if it's my UNIT question, they're meant to be more powerful than the world's governments, and on every street. Surely they'd know at the get go.
@Kevin 'Chalky' Kaiba On every street? Since when?
Unfortunately, missing babies aren't U.N.I.T.'s top priority—especially ones that have only been missing for a matter of seconds. But if you're asking how the goblins managed to get there unseen, stay there unnoticed, and suddenly learn to travel in time when the Doctor pointedly said earlier that they can't, your guess is very much as good as mine. Doctor Who has taught me to suspend my disbelief well, but galloping stupidity while also flashing nonsense gadgets I find harder to swallow.
The Goblins are magic, don't be ridiculous.
Oh, I meant that re:Unit noticing them and responding, lol.
@Kevin 'Chalky' Kaiba I won't ask about "WAND"... but the Doctor turns up, like, less than a minute after Ruby realises the baby's missing. That in itself is a ludicrous coincidence, but it would pale in comparison to an entire U.N.I.T. brigade trundling round the corner before they've even left the roof! I find it difficult to believe they have an operative on every street, but even if they had an operative at every window they'd struggle to get that sort of reaction.
@FH2104, W.A.N.D. is a paranormal/magic group from S.H.I.E.L.D.
Could easily have, say, 15 ordering Generalissimus Stewart to send a fighter jet out and sink the skyship. Or try to.
The UNIT tower does resemble the Avengers tower lmao
What do you think?
