Timeless Child Issue

I’m quite new to this fandom so I’m not sure if this has been touched on before, but is it ever explained how the Doctor, who was found from a wormhole, has the same physiology as Gallifreyans (two hearts)? Among the numerous plot holes the Timeless Child creates, this one sticks out as the biggest. Did they establish when Tecteun stole regeneration for the TimeLords that she also gave everyone two hearts?

The Doctor's memories being stored in a pocket watch suggests the Division used a Chameleon Arch, which would have rewritten the Doctor's DNA to match the new Time Lord race, including the regeneration limit and two hearts.

Also I could be the other way around and that the Doctor had two hearts and then when the time lords started developing regeneration for themselves they grew the second heart after their first.

Oh yeah, didn't one of the novels say Time Lords get their second heart after regenerating for the first time?
