Or should that fail as a kind of transtemporal Galaxy conquerors who have risen in powers and entered a Time War against a the Daleks as a several groups of Cybermen, only for the Voord to emerge as the the true villains manipulating all of this war, abducts members of each race and experimenting on them so that in the end they can declare themselves the new Lords of Time.
