I just watched the" season finale" of season 4 ( season finale is in quotes as on HBO max there is 08 and 09 special episodes that I still need to watch) every time The Doctor has to leave behind his companion why the heck do I want to cry? I didn't even like Donna! Does this happened to every one? Also, did you guys like get used to it?

(Props to the writers. I would love to have the ability to write like that. Make people laugh and cry because of how good there writing is. And good job picking David Tenant he is the best doctor and I will stand by that to the end of the universe.)

Edit: I didn't ever dislike Donna but I just preferred the other companions. The actress did a good job playing her, I just didn't like the character.

Does it get easier no. But at least you have not reached the extended universe and had to sit through Charlotte Pollard leaving. Or the classic series with what happens to Sara Kingdom and Adric.

@Lovegaming77 it depends on whether or not you liked the character. I was kinda upset when Dan was no longer the Doctor’s assistant and I was also a bit upset when Clara couldn’t be the Doctor’s assistant anymore because she died/was no longer properly alive. I wasn’t that upset when Donna left though.

I will agree with them. I have not gotten past season 4 but its fine I wont remember anyway.

The End of Time is easily one of my favorite stories, the rewatch value is amazing
