I got to go with rose well it sure as hell isn't the best episode it somehow was able to 1 bring Doctor who back from the dead at a time when I'm pretty sure basically no one was confident in it succeeding and 2 introduced us to the amazing 9th doctor who still is talked about today and fans still see as one of the best new who doctors
