The Tenth Planet. It's just so iconic, yet horrifying at the same time. With that version (and The Moonbase's version) you really feel like it's a human inside the suit. The others are too robotic imo.

The Wheel in Space. Very disappointed that they scrapped it after a single outing.

At some point they had normal human voices, not even strained. That was the biggest fail.
