I like the 12ths. I may like the 11ths too? I can't really remember it that well. Definently wouldn't put 9 and 10ths or the 13ths as my favorite though.

The Eighth Doctor's (well, also the Seventh Doctor's technically) TARDIS is one of the most beautiful TARDISes, inside and out. The exterior has the perfect combination of a Classic and New series TARDIS, and the interior is the most homely and characterful out of all of the TARDIS interiors.

The Eighth Doctor's, even overall. It suits both the later-in-life Seventh Doctor and the Eighth Doctor, plus it feels like the home of an ancient Indiana Jones like Alien.
