In 'The Five Doctors', why did the 2nd Doctor say to the illusions of his two last companions Jamie McCrimmon and Zoe Heriot that the Time Lords wiped out their memories of their adventures with him; before returning them home in their own times?
They departed in his final story 'The War Games'; before the Time Lords forced him to regenerate and sent him to Earth in exile in the 1970s as the 3rd Doctor. He wouldn't have been at U.N.I.T Headquarters in the 1980s; before he regenerated. He would've had a fourth meeting with the older Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart after their second meeting in 'The Invasion' and third in 'The Three Doctors', while Jamie and Zoe were in the TARDIS.
The illusions would've been of his first two companions Polly and Ben Jackson, since they never met the Brigadier.
Why did he mention Omega? I thought his memory of the events of 'The Three Doctors' had been erased when he was returned to his own time.
In 'The Two Doctors', how come his hair was grey (instead of dark)? How come Jamie knew about the Time Lords and what they were. When the Doctor mention the Time Lords in 'The War Games', Jamie asked "Who are they?"
How come his TARDIS interior and console had the appearance used by the 4th and 5th Doctors?
